So I had an issue with my oven not heating. Wife is freaking out because she had plans to bake all weekend for her business. I didn’t know if we could get someone out the same day on a Friday. Checked online and called around to see if someone can come out but got a lot of NOs. And they said we can come out next week. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Honestly I was starting to lose hope until I found Appliance Repair LA. I called and Alex who I spoke with was super nice. He literally listened to my issue I was having and how urgent it was. He got all my information and was able to send a Tech out THAT SAME DAY. Tech was pleasant and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Luckily it was just the igniter so the tech had part on hand. Fixed our oven and my wife I was super happy. Thank God! Happy wife, happy life. Again thank you Appliance Repair LA you guys saved us!!!

WOW. I called Alexander on New Year's Day (as in today) with a dishwasher that was filing up with water while off and leaving soap stains behind. I wasn't sure if it was a plumbing or dishwasher issue (or both) and was so relieved to be able to speak to someone right away. Not only did he give me honest advice on the best next steps, but was able to suggest a nearby mom and pop appliance shop I could go to when I am ready to replace my dishwasher. In the meantime, he patiently explained to me what was going on and what I could do as the next best steps for my situation. Much appreciated especially on a holiday!

I must say this company is top notch and highly recommend to anyone needing any type of appliance service! They picked up the phone immediatlely and we scheduled an appt for the same day. They charged a reasonable service fee $75.00 for diagnosis which will be applied as a credit towards the repairs. Russ came to my house on time, he was very professional and pleasure to work with. He was able to fix my dishwasher quickly. He knows the ins and outs of the appliances. Thank you!

Called these guys for my washing machine repair. Tony responded and assigned me to one of his techs. They got 75$ diagnostic fee, but the guy came, checked and said it was a drain pump. He ordered the new part and got back in a couple of days for installation. It’s been a week, the washer works - and that’s all I need. The technician was polite and answered all my questions, was on time(although it’s 3 hour window - it’s hard not to be on time). Will definitely call them again.

TJ Appliance was assigned to us by our home warranty company after the first provider lied about the service call. Let's just say TJ's team was the complete opposite in every way. In came the first tech, he did everything he could to fix our dishwasher without ordering parts, but after about 30 minutes he knew it couldn't be done. I watched him take the time to research the parts, he called the office to fill them in on the situation and then told me that he would get the report submitted to the warranty company. 3-days later I got a call from TJ's letting us know they had the part and they would schedule a time the following week. The next day, a Saturday morning no less, they called and said they had an open spot and if they could come by - heck yes. About 2 hours of work to pull the dishwasher out, replace the bad motor, put in a new waterline, and put it all back in and they were done.
